Nutritious and Delicious: Power Smoothie

Whether you are looking for a quick nutritious breakfast or a post-workout power snack, this smoothie has it all, literally. This smoothie is packed with protein, fiber, potassium, vitamin C, antioxidants and of course, deliciousness, what more do you need?
Ingredients/Equipment
A blender!
2/3 Cup greek yogurt of your choice
1/2 Cup oats
1 Tbsp ground flax seed (optional)
1/2 Cup fresh spinach, pull the stalks off and just use the leaves
Lots of berries (raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, any berries!)*
1 banana, sliced
1/3 Cup fresh orange juice
2 Tbsp dried goji berries
*Any of your other favorite fruits or even veggies, are also great options!
 
Directions
Start by slicing berries, banana and any other fruit you are using for your smoothie. Toss all the fruit and the spinach into the blender, next add the greek yogurt and orange juice, and then sprinkle the oatmeal, flaxseed (optional) and dried goji berries on top.
Blend until smooth, pour into a glass or to-go cup and you’re on your way!
