Nutritious and Delicious: Breakfast Cookies

Here’s a super easy recipe for delicious and healthy breakfast cookies. Just make them Sunday night and snack on them throughout the week or when you’re running late in the mornings. Perfect. 
–        3 ripe bananas
–        1 cup of unsweetened applesauce
–        1.5 cups of oats
–        1/3 cup of dried cranberries
–        ¼ teaspoon of cinnamon

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  2. Mash the bananas in a mixing bowl
  3. Add remaining ingredients with the mashed bananas
  4. Drop tablespoons of batter into a cookie sheet that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. The cookies will not spread or rise so shape them however you want them!
  5. Bake for approximately 30 minutes, until nice and brown
