New October Classes at the SRC

UBC Recreation is offering three new classes at the SRC in October.
Meditation |
Begin your morning with relaxing meditation to invigorate your body and mind. The class will consist of 30 minutes of yoga or walking meditation followed by 30 minutes of challenging, but incredibly beneficial seated meditation. |

Salsa Dance Fit |
Salsa is a high energy Latin dance known for its dynamic movements and dramatic expression. In this class, the instructor will combine salsa footwork, choreography and music with cardio conditioning, strength conditioning and core workouts. |

Ashtanga Yoga |
This intense workout is based on traditional yoga postures. Participants will enjoy a challenging workout while practicing a continuous flow of postures to create internal heat and develop strength and concentration. |
