Try Free Recreation Programs – Jan 13-19

Banish the winter blues and invigorate yourself with the return of shopping week! UBC Recreation provides a wide variety of programming for the UBC community to live an active and healthy lifestyle. From January 13-19, try fitness, boot camp, Cycle Fit, martial arts, dance, health, yoga, pilates, aquatic fitness classes, skating, and adult learn-to-play hockey classes for FREE.  Schedules are now out for all classes offered during this time, so plan ahead and have some fun!
Come early or register to avoid disappointment. Yoga, dance, martial arts, health, and pilates classes are open for reservation beginning January 6 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please click on the specific class in the schedules below to be taken to the reservation page.
**NOTE**: Please note that the Wednesday 6pm Mat Pilates class at Ponderosa has been cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
