Spinach-Berry Smoothie
- Greek Yogurt – plain
- Frozen berries
- Pineapple
- Coconut water (if desired)
- Spinach
- Milk
Raspberry-Cauliflower Smoothie
- 1 banana
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 pot of raspberry yogurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 2 small to medium sized cauliflower florets
- Handful of berries
Banana-Mango Smoothie
- 1 banana
- Fresh or frozen mango chunks
- Coconut water
- Greek yogurt (for thicker texture)
- Dash of orange and/or lemon juice
Carrot-Orange Smoothie
- 2 oranges, peeled and cut
- 2 carrots, chopped
- 1 banana
- Dash of OJ
- 1 tbsp honey
- Ginger/ground ginger for added flavour (optional)
- 1 1/2 cups coconut water (optional)
