Scrumptious Smoothies

If you’re looking for a quick way to get your 5-a-day, we have you covered with four refreshing and nutritious smoothies. Each smoothie has a little something different, even cauliflower, which apparently is the new kale. Enjoy!

Spinach-Berry Smoothie

  • Greek Yogurt – plain
  • Frozen berries
  • Pineapple
  • Coconut water (if desired)
  • Spinach
  • Milk

 

Raspberry-Cauliflower Smoothie

  • 1  banana
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 pot of raspberry yogurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 2 small to medium sized cauliflower florets
  • Handful of berries

 

Banana-Mango Smoothie

  • 1 banana
  • Fresh or frozen mango chunks
  • Coconut water
  • Greek yogurt (for thicker texture)
  • Dash of orange and/or lemon juice

 

Carrot-Orange Smoothie

  • 2 oranges, peeled and cut
  • 2 carrots, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • Dash of OJ
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • Ginger/ground ginger for added flavour (optional)
  • 1 1/2 cups coconut water (optional)
