Try Free Recreation Programs – May 20-26

Beach season is just around the corner and what better way to prepare than with the return of shopping week! UBC Recreation provides a wide variety of programming for the UBC community to live an active and healthy lifestyle. From May 20-26, try fitness, boot camp, Cycle Fit, martial arts, dance, health, yoga, and pilates classes for FREE.  Schedules are now out for all classes offered during this time, so plan ahead and have some fun!
Come early or register to avoid disappointment. Yoga, dance, martial arts, health, and pilates classes are open for reservation beginning May 14 on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please click on the specific class in the schedules below to be taken to the reservation page.
