Commit to what works best for your schedule from full-term classes to one-day workshops, or take advantage of UBC Recreation’s new, flexible summer options!

Unlimited Yoga-Pilates Passes Can’t commit to a weekly class, or want to enjoy more than one yoga/Pilates class a week for less? Purchase a Yoga-Pilates pass for the Spring term, Summer term, or both terms to gain unlimited access to all of our yoga and Pilates classes! Register for yours at the SRC Operations desk or the Ponderosa Studio desk, when available.

BirdCoop Boot Camp Punch Pass Choose from a 10- or 20-visit punch pass. There are over 10 classes available per week at the SRC and Ponderosa studio. These passes are only valid between May 1, 2016 and August 31, 2016. Register for yours at the BirdCoop front desk.

Outdoor Programs Looking to enjoy a low- or high-impact activity while still being able to enjoy the summertime time? We hold many of our popular classes outdoors during the warmer months including boot camps, yoga, and Tai Chi Chuan, as well as outdoor specific programs like golf, stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, whale watching, and sailing.
