Check out our Free Stretch, Roll, and Recovery Workshop on Monday, November 7th in the SRC studio from 1-2 pm! Whether if you are just getting started with fitness, a regular gym go-er, or athlete, stretching is an integral part of any workout routine. Stretching can help improve posture, flexibility, and fitness results.

Taught by Kash, this class draws from a variety of different trends and training styles – pilates, yoga, and athletic recovery triggerpoint – fusing them into a cohesive program that is challenging to the athelte. This class can help anyone learn new or more efficient techniques to release tension and pain from the body.
