Free Week – Try out our Off-Court Program for Free!

Try out our Off-Court Conditioning Program for free on Tuesday, Jan 10th and Thursday, Jan 12th at the Tennis Centre! This group personal training focuses on the six key elements of athleticism: agility, balance, power, reaction, speed, and strength.

Check out the Free Week schedule and choose from a wide variety of class formats to stay motivated and get involved in campus life! Free Week is happening from January 9-15, 2017.
