Do you feel sore after sitting at a desk all day? Well, our Mat Pilates classes can be a wonderful solution to all these poor postural habits because the Pilates moves help to correct imbalances in the body that cause bad posture.

Zumba | Wednesday, 6:30 pm – 7:25 pm @ Studio

Let Zumba be your stress reliever!

Being active doesn’t have to be hard work, try Zumba instead! This class is not only fun – it’s hilarious to watch everyone shaking their hips and swaying their hands. Because laughing while working out burns even more calories, you can get in shape and have fun at the same time. Try getting your friends to join you or make friends at the class!

Tai Chi Chuan | Tuesday, 12:05 pm – 12:55 pm @ Dojo

The mind is your greatest weapon!

This class is a method of health and self development that utilizes graceful and holistic movements to bring the entire person to their own highest potential. This is done by applying the movements into self defense applications that require precise breathing, alignment, and mental focus.

K-Pop Dance | Sunday, 8:00 pm – 8:55 pm @ Studio

Do you like to dance? Would you like to try something new?

Have you ever wanted to try K-Pop dance for a long time but haven’t had the opportunity to? Well, here is your chance to try out the class for FREE! Having taken North America by storm, K-Pop dance is a mix of hip-hop styles and sass set to Korean Pop music.

Stretch and Roll Recovery | Monday, 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm @ Studio

Let’s wrap up with something relaxing!

Improve your fitness results with this extended stretching and foam rolling class. Stretch and massage can decrease the chance of injury and decrease recovery time after a workout. A decreased recovery time means more training sessions per week/month and results can come quicker.
