How would you describe yourself?

A honest, good person who is always trying to improve.

How long have you been teaching for:

20 years and I hope to continue teaching for as long as I possible can.

Favourite part about you classes?

Cardio!  I like the benefits of good cardiovascular health and think cardio is very important, especially as you age.

When not training you can find me studying Health Science at UBC or in Steveston, Richmond running my business.

Top tip for a personal training session with you:

Always warm up properly and practice proper form and posture during your workout.  Make sure to always work your core muscles and don’t forget to stretch at the end of your workout.
