What TO do (aka two ways to base)
- Single bases rather than double base at the bottom of the wall to increase speed!
- You can choose to base either front-facing the wall or back-facing the wall to get your teammates over the wall!
Pro tip: Start doing 200lb dumbell curls to ensure one swift movement over the wall!

HOW TO #GETOVERIT:
- Bases must simultaneously push from bottom while wall person pulls from the top of the wall!
- Base facing the wall will be easier for the climber, but will be harder and more weight for the base.x
- If you’re going over, keep your legs pencil straight to allow best push from the bottom!
- When using the bases, make sure to place feet closest to the centre of the body as possible. Ie. stepping on leg, step closer to the hip.
- WRIST TO WRIST! Don’t rip your hands off by gripping too hard.
- When using the bases make sure to place feet closest to the centre of the body as possible. Ie. stepping on leg, step closer to the hip.
