This week we finished off our on-campus fundraising for the year with our fourth Krispy Kreme sale. With the help of our enthusiastic salesdog, Aries, we sold out early in the afternoon, making for a very successful day outside the UBC Bookstore. We were also joined by the AMS UBC Equestrian Club and their annual Horses On Campus event, a unique tradition that gives students the opportunity to interact with several friendly equines.
The regular IHSA season is now complete, but team activities will continue through the end of the semester. Our Open riders Nat and Claire will be heading to Stanford for Zones after finishing the season as Regional Champions and helping the team receive an overall second place standing in the region.
Before the end of the semester, several of our members will participate in UBC’s Storm the Wall athletic event and attend TSC Awards Night! Stay tuned for more updates as we head into warmer riding weather!
