“I keep coming back because I feel a lot better when I exercise. For me, working out is a great way to ‘de-stress’ and I have more energy for other things!”
Graeme has been involved with UBC Recreation for almost 20 years. As a former faculty member in the Department of Geography, Graeme felt it was only natural to workout at the BirdCoop Fitness Centre. As a lifelong athlete, Graeme began seeking a fitness centre due to a running injury. Using the BirdCoop Fitness Centre has allowed him to continue working on his health while recovering from the injury.
