Try over 90 different types of fitness classes from May 21-27, 2019!

Free Week is back again for the Summer with a variety of classes in Dance, Martial Arts, Cardio Conditioning & Strength, Boot Camps, Yoga & Pilates, or Strength & Group Fitness for you to try at no cost. Absolutely no experience is necessary, and all students, staff & faculty, and community members are invited to come. Happening at the Student Recreation Centre (SRC), ARC, and Ponderosa Studios, be sure to come early as some classes can reach capacity quickly.
