UBC Alpine Ski Team Finishes Off Regular Season With A Bang

Women’s team enjoying the sun in Boise, Idaho

The Alpine ski team wrapped up February with both the men’s and women’s team ending the regular season on the podium! The men’s team finished the regular season in third place, the women’s team dominated the Northwest conference and took first place in the Northwest conference!

Last week both our Men’s and women’s team made the long trek to compete at regionals in Boise, Idaho. After 5 days of sun, snow and some great ski races the women’s team has qualified for nationals! The women’s team ended regionals in third place to qualify, the men’s team narrowly missed qualifying by ending regionals in fourth place. The UBC men’s team is being represented by Jake Klonsky and Max Duso who’s fierce presence at regionals qualified them as individuals.
