How to get set up to join UBC Rec Online Movement Breaks and Fitness Classes

UBC Recreation is bringing physical activity in the comfort of your own home. We want to make it easier for you to maintain your wellbeing through movement and exercise. To do that, we are offering online guided movement breaks and fitness classes through Instagram Live and Zoom. So let’s get you up to speed with these tools so you can join us!

Instagram Live

The UBC Recreation Instagram Live function allows you to connect with workout and movement break leaders and follow along to guided exercises live and in real time. Make sure to check out the UBC Get Active at Home page for the live movement break schedule. We encourage you to watch them live, however, these movement breaks will remain available on the UBC Recreation Instagram page for 24 hours.
