Are you craving to be outdoors and (re-)connect with nature? Refill your cup and replace stress with relaxation and mindfulness with this experiential session.
Slowing down and spending time in nature can enhance our ability to enjoy life and address challenges we face. Join us for a guided experience to connect with nature and people.
You can participate in this virtual wellbeing experience from your backyard, patio or local park.
During our time together you will:
· Be invited to breathe fresh air and use all your senses to explore the beauty of nature
· Tap into nature’s amazing capacity to help us slow down, relax and focus on what matters
· Engage in active movement, meditative and experiential elements, solo and as a group
· Leave the session feeling refreshed, re-energized and inspired!
