Run Roll Walk – Week 7 Challenge

Welcome to week 7 of Run Roll Walk! Let’s ride into our new theme this week, Bike Week! It’s time to take out your bike and cruise around your neighborhood and feel the cool air breeze pass you. Or are you feeling a little more adventurous ? Find a biking trail to explore some new views! Whether you are a veteran biker or a novice, try biking a little bit longer each time to feel the adrenaline and endorphins rush into your body and instantly boost your mood! 


Complete one of the following this week (March 8-14):

    • Run or Bike on your local bike lane or 
    • Hop on your stationary bike
    • Bike or Run 30-60 mins

  1. You must be registered in RRW to be eligible for prizing. It’s free to join!
  2. Participants with Public Accounts on Strava and are in the UBC Recreation Strava Club, will re-name their activity “RRW Week # Challenge” (ex. RRW Week 1 Challenge)
  3. Comment that you completed this week’s challenge on the UBC Recreation challenge post for that week
  4. Participants with Private Accounts or using another running app, can email screenshots of their activities to with the email subject line as “RRW Week # Challenge Submission – Full Name” (RRW Week 1 Challenge Submission – John Doe)
  5. Winners will be announced the following week and virtual gift cards will be emailed to you.
