Looking for a way to get active this summer? Trying to find a way to stay fit under the new public health restrictions? We’ve got just the virtual solutions for you! Check out the following resources to see what fits best for your needs!

UBC Get Active At Home Page

UBC’s Get Active at Home Page aims to help start or facilitate your fitness journey! You can choose to workout on your own time and follow along with recorded Virtual Fitness Classes. Activities like martial arts classes, bootcamps, yoga, dance, and aerobic classes can be accessed through a click of a button. On top of that, you can request a 4-week fitness plan if you’re looking for something to challenge yourself!

DibFit

Dibfit is a mind and body experience featuring high intensity and strength-building workouts led by motivational fitness professional, Daniella Dib. Her energy combined with her workouts and great music is sure to boost your mood! If that interests you, you can start your free 30-day trial!

MVMT Academy App

Our friends at MVMT Academy understand that one approach isn’t the best for everyone, so that’s why they provide a space to train the way you want. The MVMT app provides multiple programs to keep fit, each with their own focuses. Whether it be through dance, strength, mind, sweat mobility, and yoga classes – they’ve got it all!
