Homemade Trail Mix

Ingredients: (makes 4 – 5 cups)
- ¾ cup raw pecans
- ¾ cup raw cashews
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup unsweetened cherries
- ½ cup unsweetened raisins
- ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
- ¼ tsp sea salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Method:
- Pre-heat the oven (350˚ F)
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spread the raw pecans and raw almonds (single layer). When the oven’s ready, bake for 10 minutes
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
- Store in an air-tight container
