Homemade Trail Mix

Ingredients: (makes 4 – 5 cups)

  1. ¾ cup raw pecans
  2. ¾ cup raw cashews
  3. 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  4. ½ cup unsweetened cherries
  5. ½ cup unsweetened raisins
  6. ½ cup dark chocolate, chopped
  7. ¼ tsp sea salt
  8. ½ tsp cinnamon

Method:

  1. Pre-heat the oven (350˚ F)
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and spread the raw pecans and raw almonds (single layer). When the oven’s ready, bake for 10 minutes
  3. In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients and mix well
  4. Store in an air-tight container
