Tasty Hummus Wrap

Ingredients: (makes 1 serving)
- 1 flavoured wrap or tortilla
- 2 tbsp hummus
- 2 slices cucumber, sliced lengthwise
- 8-12 fresh spinach leaves
- 2 slices red bell pepper, sliced lengthwise
- ¼ avocado, sliced lengthwise
- 2-4 slices of oven roasted deli chicken
- ¼ cup shredded cheese
Method:
- Spread the hummus in the middle of the wrap (horizontally), leaving the edges without the spread
- On the hummus, layer the spinach leaves, cucumber, red bell pepper, avocado slices, deli chicken, and cheese
- Fold the wrap tightly by folding the short edges onto the vegetables, tucking them all in the first roll, then rolling firmly to the end
- Cut in half and enjoy!
