Free Thrive Fitness Classes – Sweat with a Friend!

Want to connect with a friend but not sure what you can do together? We got you covered! Thrive is offering you a variety of free fitness classes during the month of November! Bring a friend and register in any of our fitness classes to get a chance to win a lululemon yoga mat!  

Who can join?  

Registration is free and open to UBC Students, Staff, and Faculty!

How to participate?  

  1. Set up a UBC Recreation account here if you do not have one yet.  
  2. Pre-register for any of our fitness classes with your UBC Recreation account. Please follow the links for each class (see the above schedule). 
  3. Bring your Proof of Vaccination and Government Issued Photo ID to enter the facilities. 
  4. Show up and have fun! Be sure to let the Thrive representative know on the day of your class that you are coming with a friend in order to get a chance to win a prize!
