UBC TSC Artistic Swimming’s Fall Semester Recap!

UBC Artistic Swimming had a busy and successful fall semester and here are some of our highlights! The season started off with a record number of athletes joining our club with a total of 33 athletes!! We also celebrated our amazing coaches Jordan, Christina and Valerie for national coaches week to show our appreciation for the hard work and dedication they put into supporting our athletes! And to help our athletes get to know each other our exec members hosted a pizza and game night for some team bonding.

During our fall semester, UBC Artistic Swimming also hosted 3 successful fundraisers. In September we hosted a Jolyn pop-up sale where swimmers from all over the lower mainland came to get their hands on some cute swimsuits. This was followed by our annual Krispy Kreme sale in October and our final fundraiser of the season was a Purdy’s Christmas chocolate fundraiser!

We finished off the semester with our annual winter water show and raffle over zoom where family and friends were able to get a glimpse of all the routines our athletes have been working on over the semester!
