Summer Outdoor Boot Camps

Enjoy a full-body workout in an outdoor setting! Body-weight exercises, sports drills, and conditioning intervals help you develop lean muscle and functional strength, while improving your core strength and cardiovascular endurance.

A Fitness Membership is required to attend an Outdoor Boot Camp session. Memberships can be purchased online or by visiting the SRC front desk. Registration opens 24 hours prior to each session.
