Hey UBC,
Welcome back to the third edition of Shakes W/Abishek. Come join me every month as we try a new smoothie or shake recipe that not only fuels our bodies but helps us get moving and grooving!
This month we are going to try a Green Machine Smoothie recipe. This green smoothie is rich in antioxidants, fibres, and vitamins. Spinach is also a great source of iron. This smoothie is versatile and can be paired well with any occasion. It is also an amazing post-workout smoothie that you can optionally pair with protein powder or chia seeds to help energize your body!

- Optional – 1 Cup – Protein Powder
Equipment Needed:
- Blender
- Knife
- Cutting Board
- Cup

How to Prep:
-
- Cut up your banana, apple, and avocado on your cutting board and measure out 2 cups of spinach and place them in your blender.
- Pour 1 ½ cups of Unsweetened or Vanilla, Almond/Soy Milk into your blender.
