How to Prep:
-
- Cut up your banana, mango, and pineapple on your cutting board and measure out 1/2 a cup of greek yogurt and place them in your blender.
- Pour 1 ½ cups of pineapple juice into your blender.
- Blend all your ingredients for approximately 15 to 25 seconds. If your blender has a “smoothie” option that will do the job as well.
- After you are done blending, pour your smoothie into your cup and enjoy!
- Optional – Feel free to add one cup of a protein powder of your choice, I recommend vanilla or chia seeds to your blender.
This is a quick, easy and nutritious smoothie recipe that you definitely need to try out! Try it and let us know what you think! See you next month for Shakes W/Abishek!
