Start your journey to health and fitness with this 7-week interactive health education program designed for self-identifying Asian Women students. This specialized program includes:

  • Private group physical activity sessions

Designed for new UBC Students, this 4-week program will give you the inside scoop on everything UBC Recreation has to offer, all while meeting new people and having some fun!

Wellbeing Walks

Twice a month, the UBC Move U Crew host a 45-minute themed lunch around campus FREE for all students, staff, faculty, and community members:

  • Campus Tour | September 14
  • Museum of Anthropology Tour | September 28
  • Scavenger Hunt | October 12
  • Nature Walk | October 26
  • Botanical Garden Tour | November 16
  • Pacific Museum of Earth Tour | November 30

Lunch + Lift Workshop Series

Lunch & Lift is a series of FREE 2-in-1 interactive wellbeing workshops consisting of a 30-minute movement class, followed by a 30-minute interactive wellbeing session facilitated by a UBC wellbeing professional:

  • Strategies to Improve Your Sleep | October 19
  • Managing Climate Anxiety | November 23
