Attend the Free Agent Meeting on Thursday, September 15, 2022 @5:00-7:00PM, an opportunity to meet like-minded individuals looking to form a team. Individuals who form a team at the meeting will have an opportunity to register on the spot.

What to do before the meeting:
- Have your UBC Recreation Login set up on your mobile device
- Have your credit card information, email, and phone number readily on-hand that are associated with your UBC Recreation Login
- Check the Free Agent Page for the most up-to-date list of what teams will be available for registration (first list will be posted on Mon, Sep 12)
- Plan your time of arrival – the number of available spots are limited and are first-come-first-served
What to expect when arriving at the SRC:
- Participants will line-up and enter at the southeast corner of the SRC (between the UBC Aquatic Centre and SRC)
- Participants will be let inside in an orderly fashion
- Participants will be given a token that will be collected when they register
What to expect during the meeting:
- Staff will facilitate meeting groups based on the attendees’ preferred league sport, format, and level of play
- Once the minimum number of attendees for a team is reached, Staff will guide the team members through the registration process
- To receive a second token to register for a second team, attendees must line-up again
