Looking for more fitness classes on a flexible drop-in basis? We’ve got you covered this fall! The following registration based fitness classes are available this fall for drop-in:

Cardio, Conditioning, & Strength
  • Barre Fitness | Tuesdays from 7:30 PM – 8:25 PM & Thursdays from 5:30 PM – 6:25PM
  • Intro to Weightlifting | Tuesdays & Thursdays from 5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Dance
  • Ballet 02 | Sundays from 2:30 PM – 3:55 PM
  • Contemporary 1 | Sundays from 12:30 PM – 1:55 PM
  • Contemporary Ballet – Open Level | Sundays from 12:30 PM – 1:55 PM
  • Hip Hop | Tuesdays from 5:30 PM – 6:25 PM & Wednesdays from 6:30 PM – 7:25PM
  • Hot Street Jazz | Tuesdays from 8:30 PM – 9:25 PM
  • Party Grooves | Mondays from 6:30 PM – 7:25 PM

Martial Arts
  • Hapkido | Tuesdays & Thursdays from 7:30 PM – 8:55 PM
  • Iaido | Tuesdays & Thursdays from 6:30 PM – 7:55 PM, and Saturdays from 9:30 AM – 11:25 PM
  • Kickboxing | Mondays from 4:30 PM – 5:25 PM
  • Shotokan Karakte | Monday & Wednesdays from 7:30 PM – 8:55 PM
  • Tai Chi Chuan | Saturdays from 3:30 PM – 4:55 PM
