The Program Assistant will be responsible for various back-end logistics and administration of the Future Global Leaders program. The position works under direction from Manager, UBC Camps and Program Lead, Future Global Leader, with additional guidance from the Director of Community Programs, UBC Extended Learning. The incumbent will be responsible for coordinating and evaluating the numerous aspects of the Future Global Leaders program. The Program Assistant will also act as the primary liaison between the UBC Camps Office and UBC Extended Learning.
Duration of the position is from May 8 – August 25, 2023.
Duration of the Future Global Leaders program is July 2 – August 12, 2023.
All interested candidates must be available for the entire duration of the position. Please note, this position requires evening and weekend work during July and August, when the program runs.
