UBC, it’s April, and you know what that means. Yep, it’s that time of year where we camp out in Irving K. Barber Library and sit behind our laptop screens, hunched over our keyboards for hours.
While finals season may not be our favourite season of the year, especially since the hours spent studying may leave us feeling tight, stiff, and achy, this month’s episode on “Moves with the Move U Crew” podcast could be just the remedy for this.
In under 5 minutes, Chelsea from the Move U Crew will guide you through a mobility sequence called “Circular Mobility”, which will involve drawing circles using the joints and limbs of the body that tend to get stressed when studying, such as our neck and wrists! It can be done seated and is perfect to squeeze in during study breaks.
If you’d like to add more movement into your study sessions, check out the other episodes for guided stretches and walks!
Remember to check out the other episodes for guided stretches, as well!
