Outdoor Boot Camps are Back!

Tuesday outdoor boot camp sessions are back this summer and included with your fitness membership!

What is it?

The outdoor boot camp is a group fitness session, taught by instructor Pawan. Enjoy a rewarding full-body workout in an outdoor setting. The workout consists of body-weight exercises, sports drills, and conditioning intervals. Please note that a fitness membership is required to attend an outdoor boot camp session. Memberships can be purchased online or by visiting the SRC front desk.

This program will help you:

  • build cardiovascular endurance
