Whether you’re grappling with midterm stress or just having one of those off days, movement can be a powerful tool to help you unwind and hit the emotional reset button. Join us for an 8-minute movement break, led by Ray, where you’ll be guided through a series of breathing exercises and stretches. These movements are easy to integrate into a busy day and can be done seated or standing.

This movement break is designed with practical tools to reset your nervous system and unleash those positive emotions. Here are some of the key tools we’ll use:
