Calling all Intramural Team Captains! Check your emails to view your Captain’s Package, outlining all the information that you and your team will need to know for your First Day of League Play.
Important Notice: UBC Intramurals is monitoring upcoming weather conditions. Participants will receive direct email updates and find information online for any schedule changes.
Things to do before first day of play:
- Update your Team Roster
- Check your Game Schedules
- Ensure that every team member brings a physical government-issued photo ID (ex. UBC ID)
- Each Intramural Participant must sign the digital waiver in order to play
Uniform Deadline & Team Roster Deadline | February 16, 2024
- Team rosters must be submitted by February 16, 2024
- Teams must have similar colour jerseys with 6-inch numbers on the back for all games starting February 17, 2024
*Your team ID, access code, team roster form, and information on uniform & playoff policies can all be found in your Captain’s Package email.
Important Dates:
- Jan 13 | All Leagues Start
- Feb 16 | Uniform and Final Roster Deadline
- Feb 17 – 25 | Reading Week (No Gameplay)
- Mar 8 | Playoffs Begin
- Mar 21 | End of Leagues Term 2
Game Day Reminders
All players are required to have a piece of physical photo ID in order to play every week. Accepted forms of ID include student ID, driver’s license, care card, EU card, PR card, passport, etc.
If your team’s Captain has NOT received their Captain’s Package email by September 20, please email intramurals.info@ubc.ca or call 604-822-9052 ASAP.
