Race Package Pick-Up Details | March 7
- Where: Robert H Lee Alumni Centre (Jack Poole Hall, Second Level)
- When: Thursday, March 7, 6:00PM – 9:00PM
- What to bring: Please bring a physical copy of government issued photo identification (Driver’s license, Health Card, UBC Student ID).
- What’s happening during race package pickup: You’ll receive your race package, which includes your run bib, bike and helmet stickers, wristband, wetbag, socks, a race belt, and a shirt (if you ordered one). This is also a great opportunity to engage with sponsors, connect with event staff, and learn more about event logistics. Feel free to drop by anytime.
- What if I can’t make it on Thursday?: Not to worry! You can arrive early on race day to pick up your package. Race day package pick up will take place in the UBC Life Building.
*Please note that race packages must be picked up by the registered participant only, and relay teams require the presence of all three (3) team members during pick-up. Further, if someone is under the age of 18, a parent or guardian must sign a consent form during package pick-up; this is for relay teams, youth triathletes and the kids aquathlon.
How to use your race number package:
As a reminder, race schedules will be posted on our website on Monday, March 4. Once they are live, you will receive an email notification. Make sure to keep an eye out for it!
