Storm the Wall | Captain’s Package

Important Date Reminders:

• Mandatory Pre-Race Clinics: Monday, March 18 – Friday, March 22
  • Teams must attend a clinic session on one of the days in order to participate in Storm the Wall
• Roster Submission Deadline: Wednesday, March 20 at 5:00PM
• Event Dates: Sunday, March 24 – Wednesday, March 27

Waiver | Action Required:

• Waivers must be signed by everyone on the team prior to attending both clinics and races
• Those who do not sign the waiver will not be allowed to participate
• The link to sign your waiver can be found in your Captain’s Pre-Race Clinic email, or here

Pre-Race Clinic Registration | Action Required:

• It is mandatory that one team member attends the clinic presentation
• After the clinic presentation, as long as 4 or more of your team members are present, you may go down to the wall and practice
• Do not forget that all team members attending clinics need to bring their photo ID in order to check in
• Clinic Details:
  • Location: Nest Classroom 2504
  • Dates: Monday, March 18 – Friday, March 22
  • Times: Clinics take place every half hour from 9:00AM – 4:00PM daily

Attendance at the clinic is mandatory, and failure to participate will render your team ineligible to race.

Roster Submission | Action Required:

• It is recommended that your Team Captain submits your roster BEFORE you attend your pre-race clinic
• It is recommended that you add up to 8 team members to your roster, in the event that one of your teammates is sick the day of your race
• The deadline to submit your roster is Wednesday, March 20 at 5:00PM
