Calling all Thunderbird Adult Summer League Team Captains! Check your emails to view your Captains Package, outlining all the information that you and your team will need to know for your First Day of League Play.
Things to do before first day of play:
- Update your Team Roster
- Check your Game Schedules:
- Ensure that every team member brings a physical government-issued photo ID
- Each Intramural Participant must sign the digital waiver in order to play:
- Attend the Team Captains meeting (dates and links can be found in your Captains Package email) please have at least one team member attend.
Important Dates:
- May 13 | Leagues Start
- June 28 | Uniform and Final Roster Deadline
- July 21 | Playoffs Begin for Tuesday Soccer, Wednesday and Thursday Softball
- Aug 12 | Playoffs Begin for Monday Soccer and Monday Roundnet
Game Day Reminders
All players are required to have a piece of physical photo ID in order to play every week. Accepted forms of ID include student ID, driver’s license, care card, EU card, PR card, passport, etc.
Uniform Deadline & Team Roster Deadline | June 28, 2024
- Team rosters must be submitted by June 28, 2024
- Teams must have similar colour jerseys with 6-inch numbers on the back for all games starting June 28, 2024
*Your team ID, access code, team roster form, and information on uniform & playoff policies can all be found in your Captain’s Package email.
If your team’s Captain has NOT received their Captain’s Package email by May 10, please email intramurals.info@ubc.ca or call 604-822-9052 ASAP.
