We’re so excited to have you join us for a run this Tuesday September 17th! We will meet at the north entrance to the Student Recreation Center (6000 Student Union Blvd) at 5 PM.
Before Joining this Tuesday, please make sure you have registered and signed the waiver. You only need to register once per term. If you are going to bring a friend, please make sure they register as well.
Each week we will post our routes, theme/social events, and any other information about the run in these blog posts! So make sure to check the blog before joining us each Tuesday.
How will it work?
We will have three differently paced groups each week. Feel free to switch groups week-to-week. Choose your own adventure!
Group 1: Herbal Tea
If you’re new to running or prefer to run at a more sustainable pace, consider joining Herbal Tea. You will start out running 3 km per week with the goal of reaching 5km by the end of the term!

Group 2: Half Caf
If you want a mix of 3 to 5 km runs throughout the term at a moderate pace, consider the half cafs!

Leaders: Alyssa & Brook
Group 3: Espresso
If you’re a seasoned runner or looking for a challenge, consider joining the espresso group. This group will run 5 to 6-minute/km pace for 5 km.

What to bring
Water bottle, rain-proof running gear, running shoes
Please note that we do not provide space to keep your bags. If you’d like to store your belongings somewhere during the run, consider renting out a locker at the SRC.
