Did you try out a class you loved during Free Week? Now is the time to register for it’s series!
UBC Recreation offers two categories of fitness classes: series-based instructional fitness classes and drop-in group fitness classes.
- Instructional Fitness Classes: Dance, Martial Arts, Cardio, Conditioning & Strength
- Registration for the term-long series is required
- Group Fitness Classes: Boot Camps, Yoga & Pilates, and Spin & Cycle
- Included in select Fitness Memberships
These classes are open to Students, Staff & Faculty, and the public for registration. No experience is required for any of the classes and all abilities are welcome!
Classes fill up quickly! Be sure to register for your classes early to avoid getting waitlisted.
