The life of a university student often consists of long hours studying, struggling to take the best notes in class, all whilsts trying to balance a soical life and make lasting memories.

What if we made movement a student norm? What if we made it a part of our routine? Or even better..what if we made new connections and core memories through a shared passion for movement?

In this episode, Gankal, who is one of our MOVEUCREW team members discusses her introduction to yoga, pilates, and how daily walks have kept her afloat during tough times. Research shows that regular physical activity not only improves brain health but academic performance overall. Which is one of the main reasons she decided to prioritize her wellbeing.

Gankal also ends the podcast with a meditation centered on the topic of gratitude. To her, gratitude is a way of channeling positive energy into every step that you take towards achieving your goals. The episode overall is designed to help you connect on a personal level and give you tools to possibly incorporate in your routine.
