During the Storm the Wall event from March 23 – 26 there will be impacts to pedestrian routes on campus. To assist with wayfinding during this period, be sure to review the campus map and note the impacted areas as well as pedestrian crossing points and detours.
- University Blvd (Between the Bookstore and the Fountain): Anticipate delays and increased traffic along this stretch. Consider alternative routes if you need to travel through this area.
- Main Mall (Between the E and the end of UBC Sauder Business School): Expect heightened pedestrian traffic. Exercise caution and expect possible delays.
- Martha Piper Plaza: It is advisable to avoid this area during the event due to expected congestion.
- In front of the Life Building and UBC Aquatic Centre: Access to the Life Building and UBC Aquatic Centre may experience delays. Plan your visits accordingly and allow for extra time.
