We hope you’re loving the season so far! See below for key reminders about your roster deadline on November 7, 2025 and League Playoffs to prepare for the home stretch of the regular season.
Roster Deadline – November 7, 2025
Team rosters must be finalized by November 7, 2025. No new additions can be made after this date.
Team captains are responsible for submitting their team’s roster by the deadline. Your team’s ID, access code, and roster form can all be found in your captain’s ‘Captain’s Package’ email. Should you encounter any issues, please reach out to us at intramurals.info@ubc.ca.
Playoffs
Playoffs will begin the week of November 18th. Schedules for each league and tier will be posted after the completion of the regular season.
In order for a player to be eligible for playoffs, participants must have played in at least 2 games in the regular season (or 3 games in the Cross Volleyball, Dodgeball, Pickleball, Badminton and Thunderbird Roundnet League). Players must ensure they have legally signed in before each game to confirm eligibility.
Players may also only be on one team per category once roster deadline passes. For example, a player may be on a team in both Open Tier 2 and Mixed Tier 2, but a player cannot be on a team in Open Tier 2 and another team in Open Tier 3.
