As part of Move UBC’s 10-year anniversary, join Olympian and mental health advocate Clara Hughes as she will share her experiences as a high-performance athlete and explore how movement can support resilience, mental health, and overall wellbeing both on campus and beyond.

This event will include opening remarks from UBC President and Vice-Chancellor Dr. Benoit-Antoine Bacon and is presented by Athletics & Recreation, Human Resources, and Student Health & Wellbeing. UBC students, faculty, and staff are invited to get their complimentary ticket below:
