Event Details
- Where: Nestor’s Gym in Recreation Centre North – 6140 Student Union Blvd, Vancouver, BC, V6T 1Z1
- When: Thursday, March 5, 6:00PM – 9:00PM
- What to Bring: Please bring government photo ID and be prepared to sign a waiver if you’re part of a relay team.
What Happens During Race Package Pick-Up?
You will pick up your race package, which contains your wet bag, bike and helmet stickers, sponsor goodies, and your race bib. There will be lots of opportunities on this day to interact with sponsors, connect with event staff, and explore some event logistics so feel free to stop by anytime.
During pickup, you’ll receive your event wristband, which must be worn continuously from pick up to race day, including on race day, without exceptions. Medical professionals, please take note of this!
Your race package, enclosed in a UBC Triathlon branded bag, includes your race number, safety pins, event details, race day procedures, sponsor products, upcoming event information, and race day goodies. This bag doubles as your wet bag on race day.
Please read our Wet Bag Process if you have not already. Detailed instructions regarding race package pickup will be provided to participants after the registration deadline.
