Yoga Rave
February 6
Yoga Rave is a glow-in-the-dark yoga dance party, free for UBC students! Wear your brightest neon clothes and bring your yoga mat (or borrow one). Designed for fun and all abilities.

Bouldering Competition
February 6
Come test your bouldering skills at the BirdCoop Bouldering competition on Friday, February 6! Climbers will each get one hour to complete the hardest climb they can. Register here or speak with the staff at the SRC front desk! No previous experience required.

RAD Try It Night
February 9
Recreation Adapted (RAD) Society, is an organization who believes a paralyzing injury doesn’t mean the end of an active, outdoor lifestyle. Come try out their suite of equipment at Rec North’s indoor track! This event is intended for people with all abilities. Register by February 9!

Community Wall of Gratitude
February 9 – 14
From Feb 9 – 14, we’re inviting our community to share what makes them grateful! Just write what you’re grateful for on one of our specially marked notes in our facilities and we’ll use them to create a community mural!

Wellbeing Walk & Rolls
February 11 & 25
Join us on February 11 for a Palentine’s Walk! We will have icebreaker activities and flowers as we take a stroll down Main Mall. On February 25, take part in our Art Walk as we highlight the many art and cultural works on UBC campus.

Fitness Membership Appreciation Day
February 12
Membership appreciation day is an opportunity to acknowledge and thank all our members. There will be fun activities run by our staff throughout the day plus free drop-in Zumba in the evening!
