Why You Should Try AquaFit!

Whether you’re recovering from an injury, getting back into your exercise routine, or simply looking for a new way to stay active, AquaFit is a full-body workout that helps you move freely and feel stronger! All ages and fitness levels are welcome!

Comfortable, Low-Impact Exercise

One of the best parts of AquaFit is how supportive the water feels. The buoyancy helps reduce impact of your joints and muscles, allowing you to be more fluid with your movements and less risk of injury.

This makes AquaFit a great option for beginners, older adults, or anyone looking for a workout that feels relaxing while getting your heart pumping. You can build strength, flexibility, and confidence all while enjoying the comfort of the water.

Great for Recovery and Mobility

Recovering from an injury but still want to workout? AquaFit can help ease you back into movement safely! The water can relieve stress off your joints, bones and muscles, which can reduce pain levels and improve mobility. The water temperature is also beneficial as cold water can have an anti-inflammatory effect and warm water can loosen joints and relax muscles.

As always, be sure to talk to your physiotherapist or doctor before starting a new exercise program!

Build Cardio and Strength

Don’t let the low-impact environment fool you, AquaFit still gives you a pump!

Water creates resistance, making your body work harder with every movement. AquaFit helps improve cardiovascular fitness, strengthen muscles, engage your core, and increase endurance, and it does it all without the strain of land based workouts!
