Intramural Leagues – Team Registration
Ready to hit the field, court, rink, or pitch? Getting registered for a league is simple. If you’re signing up with a team, follow these six easy steps to secure your spot and get game-ready.
Register for the league that interests you! Be sure to check our website on September 9 @ 1:00 PM to get into the league that you want! Spots fill up quick!
Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive confirmation that your spot has been secured.
If you're joining with friends, one person can volunteer to be the team captain.
After registration closes, team captains will receive a captain's package containing everything needed to prepare for the season. This package includes important dates, roster instructions, league information, and details about the upcoming captain's meeting.
Captains should review all materials carefully to ensure the team stays on track throughout the season.
Each team must have a representative attend the captain's meeting. This can be the team captain or another designated team representative.
The meeting covers important league rules, schedules, expectations, and answers any questions before the season begins.
Following the captain's meeting, captains can begin adding teammates to their roster. Be sure to complete your roster before the roster deadline. Captains are reminded to add themselves to the roster, as well.
This helps our staff schedules, and team eligibility requirements before playoffs.
Once added to a roster, teammates will receive instructions to complete and sign their waiver.
All participants must submit any required forms before they can take part in league play. Completing waivers promptly helps avoid delays and ensures everyone is eligible when the season starts.
Once registration, rosters, and waivers are complete, it's time to hit the playing field and enjoy the season. Be sure to remind your teammates bring your student card to the check-in desks!

Register for the time slot and category that works for you and your team!
Once you've completed your registration, you'll receive confirmation that your spot has been secured.

After registering your team, captains will receive an email with the option to sign up for a safety meeting or clinic time. Please sign up for a time and attend in order to be eligible to participate.

Once they receive their Captains Package, captains can begin adding teammates to their roster. Be sure to complete your roster before the roster deadline - each event has their own unique deadline. Captains are reminded to add themselves to the roster, as well.
