Welcome to UBC Camps!

UBC Camps is a leading provider of high quality camps for children ages 4-17. We offer a vast selection of summer camps, including adventure, art and music, enrichment, and sport and recreation programming. In addition to our extensive summer camp offerings, we offer winter break, spring break and pro-d day camps. We strive to ensure that each and every child has an exciting, educational and memorable experience at camp. We are aware that camp experiences remain with individuals long into their adult years, making it vitally important that we ensure each and every one of our camp programs is delivered at highest possible quality.

🌟 Meet Michael (he/him)!

Michael is our full-time Camps Manager, and for the past thirteen years, he’s been helping lead the team, support staff, and ensure every camp season is a success. Whether he`s mentoring student staff, coordinating program delivery, or helping solve challenges behind the scenes, Michael plays a key role in bringing the UBC Camps experience to life for thousands of campers each year.

Michael loves travelling and photography, always looking for his next great shot. His latest adventure took him to Hawaii and he’s already planning his next adventure! ✈️📸

Emily is our full-time Camps Coordinator, helping bring every UBC Camps program together behind the scenes. She works closely with our Head Instructors, coordinates staff support across camps, and oversees daily operations to ensure programs are running efficiently and successfully. Her leadership, organization, and dedication help create a positive experience for campers, families, and staff alike.

Outside of the office, Emily can be found at the beach with her family building sandcastles, and swimming in the ocean! 🌊🏖️

UBC Recreation Year Round Youth Programming

In addition to camps, UBC recreation offers a wealth of youth programming year-round out of each of our facilities. From beginner to intermediate to advanced level programs for youth aged 6 months to 18 years – there’s sure to be an activity that fits your child’s interests.
