Hockey – Stickhandling & Shooting

This camp is designed to challenge your hands with speed and maneuvering in small areas of the ice. Skaters can expect to work on full range of motion, stationary and in stride, in all areas of the ice with our experienced NCCP hockey coaches. Power skating will make up a component of the on-ice sessions each day, with emphasis on proper stride mechanics, strength and conditioning. This is our experienced hockey camp, coupling development with fun throughout the week. This program is coed.

Previous experience with hockey instruction required. Staff will briefly assess the group in their first development session to help coordinate smaller groups conducive to their skill development.
